Do I need a Working Safe account to make a purchase?
It is not mandatory to register an account to make a purchase on www.workingsafeshop.pt. However, by having a Working Safe customer account, you can enjoy the following benefits:
- Track orders and access order history;
- Directly request an exchange or return in your account;
- Receive notifications of all news and promotions in the online store;
- Save your address and payment information to speed up future purchases;
- Manage your personal data and addresses in the customer area.
How can I create a Working Safe account?
To create an account, you must click on the "Login" button in the top menu, then enter your email in the "Not a registered customer?" field and click "Continue". Fill in all the fields with the requested information and click "Continue" to join the Working Safe family.

I forgot my password. What can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Login" in the top menu, enter your email and click "Forgot my password". On the new page, re-enter your email and click "Send Recovery Request". You will automatically receive a link in your email where you can set a new password.
How can I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, you must log in with your customer account and go to the "My Data" area. From there, you can navigate the side menu (desktop) or top menu (mobile) and choose the "Account Deletion" option. Enter your password and click "Delete Account". The process will be completed within 48 hours.
